SFG Level 2 - We need your suggestions!

1.FLT optional: as some may have already taken/doing FLT from other institutes etc.

2. Focus on S&T, environment is appreciated as long as it can reach on par UPSC 23 levels of std.

3. Recommend movingnonessential offline facilities to cheaper remote location.Also noteFORUM does not need to stay in Delhi where rent is highest and aspirants densest.Forum has the quality to decide where the centre is and aspirants will simply follow suit. So simply move to better ideal location with an eye to the future expansion (in a phased manner) and students will follow.

4.Increase the numberof students to earn more:reduce upfront costof pgms (2-3L) by also making many inbuiltfeatures as optional available by paying extra.Eg: limit on mentorship, specific mentors paynent. Choice on correcting faculties, additional consultation fees etc.

5. Choice tojoin specific classesdependingupon the specificneeds.

I have been reading all the suggestions. It's kinda nostalgic to hear from out 2018-2019 sfg students who are now officers about what can be done.

Just want to add one thing that having csat as optional ( like not even 5 questions ) , the problem is that ones who are not good with csat will leave it - but they are the ones who need it more than others. Most of the times we are not good at something is because we dislike doing it.

At this stage my calculation is that csat will be a major problem for most serious students if last year's csat pattern is repeated. And something has to be done in time to solve it.

Pls dont mix CSAT question with GS tests. CSAT whether 70 or 170 marks - does not matter; both qualify. Adding CSAT questions to GS will distort GS ranking. Those who are good at CSAT will get good rank due to CSAT despite not so good at GS. Those who have done GS might get lower ranks due to CSAT moderate scores/ weak areas. 

CSAT became extremely tough. For thataddingmore CSAT tests is better. Mixing GS and CSAT tests is bad. Having a separate GS and CSAT tests is better. Despite toughness, ultimately CSAT is qualifying paper, while GS is based on ranking. Both are important. But CSAT questions should not distort GS ranking.

1. Please include 10 csat + 10 current affair question in sfg level 2 every test

2. Kindly provide answer key on first page of  solution pdf starting so that students can quickly go through it just after exam as we have tendency to check the answer key post exam to reduce anxiety

3. Please do keep full length test of respective subjects at the end of the sectional test.

4. Kindly do provide Saturdays - sunday as holidays to revise the whole chunk of papers given in the week

All said and do whatever you find suitable for us.

My limited suggestion is, Please do not make any compromise on QUALITY aspect, even if it comes at charging extra whatsoever. 

People like me solely depends on your schedule and timely suggestions by@Neyawn Sir! Literally, this email series called SFG(1/n, 2/n...8/n) have acted like fuel in the midnight and pushed us to put in more effort.

U can come up with SFG, SFG++ model for FLT case . 

Please provide faculties having expertise in subjects . Last your forums sfg discussion were the top notch . Every discussion had some Eureka movement but this year it's seeming that faculties reading answer from solution like "Alexa".

It's seems like forum don't have subject experts that's why one lady along two men forming Triad and discussing each and every subject.

Last year even history was took by 2 different faculties . S&T , env , geography , economics had different faculties this year it's not case.  

provide discussion with quality like last year or save the cost on them anyway nobody going to waste an hour watching discussion only  to read it from solution again. 

1. Subjects like polity modern history can be given less days to make time for other usually neglected or less focused subjects (already highlighted by few people)

2. Instead of complete monthly current affairs you can put subject wise current affairs for past 1 year or so. Eg if polity is for 6 days then every day you can allocate 2-3 month of polity currentaffairs with basics. 

3. Break of 2-3 days after 1 month of programme to reenergise as in these last days of SFG 1, I felt people (including me) are tired or exhausted, visible in the scores or number of people giving test these days. 

4. Modify PYQ to test the knowledge related to topic asked in PYQ instead of putting the PYQ will allow people to not just glance through PYQ but to read the inherent concepts

Also, Please keep CSAT separately on Friday/Saturdays like last year. It'll be difficult for the concerned faculty to discuss the questions if it is clubbed with GS.

1- Please provide pdf of questions and solution in both medium  like last year( at least in the pdf form after examination).

2- Take test on 7:00 am for hindi medium also instead of 8:00 am.

3- Please give decent discount in simulator for SFG students who enrolled in level 1 and level 2 both because they don't have  enough money to enroll in full length test.

Make it 2hr test with 100 questions...so that we can have exam atmosphere 

Give time for preparation according to subject weightage...in SFG level-1 only 1 week given for economy it made our preparation difficult 

Kindly include simulator tests...and current affairs

6 days schedule....with Saturday CSAT and GS for 5 days

2 hrs pattern required for the practice

Please expert faculties for Economy and Geography (like Polity)

Provide the schedule as early as possible

Kindly evaluate the papers correctly...for offline centres other than Delhi
