Only for chilled out flatmates but serious aspirant. Gender no bar.
In this rental housing boom, me and my friends have found a "steal deal" property. 3bhk in 28k, its non-AC, but Winter has Cometh, and in summers, we'll get 'em.
To get to this rent, we had to concede, 20 days brokerage, ie 18k. So your share will be 6k. (Apologies)

So, you get a room for 9.33k rent, which is a rarity right now. And the flat is totally ours. Expect complete transparency from us.
Location - 6 block, ORN, near khanna dairy / paani tanki.
