Hi guys.

I want to report a property so that no student suffers harassment from such a house owner in future. 

It’s a girls pg at 51/9, ORN. I stayed there for few months and my landlady kept visiting at odd hours to check, kept her personal stuff inside my bed and common area and pressured me to hand over the room keys even if going to library. It was like a prison. 

Appliances are old, non functional and students are asked to pay bills without showing any proof for same. She charges electricity at ₹10/unit and water at extra ₹500/month. 

Plus the mental harassment and indecent language for extracting more money is insane. Despite having my security amount she’s asking to vacate room during exam time, so that she may show it to others. Else she’s demanding I pay her extra rent for next 3 months to bear her losses, if any. Very illogical person, creating worse environment for study.

 Just wanted to blacklist house no. 51/9 OLD RAJINDER NAGAR, so that others are safe from such frauds, as brokers are involved with her and may take you there to scam.
