Bhai ajj pulled in 7 and half hours. Abhi thak gaya. Aim is 10-12. Lolol. 12 pm tak 4 and half hours hogaye thy. Fir jo Mauj kiya naaa, ki karthy hi reh gayee.
Missed out on socio ka day, not worried really about socio. This week will get in the groove mostly. Kuch bhi karke 1st October se 10-12 hours hona chaiiye + GYM. and bich bichme trek( I'll upload pics han)

Also, what do you suggest to ease the soreness post gymming?

Also, what do you suggest to ease the soreness post gymming?
During gym : focus on warm up and cool down. V V imp.
After gym : hot bath,recover your body achese by sleeping + strech karlena joints.
Next day soreness: if manageable carry on with planned workout. If not so manageable cardio karlo + abdomen. If not at all manageable then bhayy rest karlo, ghai nahi hai body banane ki.
