@Neyawn Sir, I have a month old photograph with little beard which I took before shaving my head. Now, the notification says to have same beard in interview and photo submitted. What should I do? Get a new one with 2inches of hair and clean shave or the old one with normal hairs and little beard ?
well, what do the guidelines say? either follow that fully, or try to make sure that you look like your photo during prelims and mains
I am no knight. Do not call me Sir
I've clicked a photo with spectacles, but some reflection is there (although not much and eyes can be seen). So, what to do ? Please tell. @Neyawn

No need to worry man.
According to the notification, the OBC certificate should be based on incomes of last 3 years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23.
However, in Rajasthan, the OBC certificate (both state & central) is created based on only last 1 year income i.e. 2022-23. My OBC certificate is based on only last year's income (2022-23). However, the certificate does not mention the income year for anyone as that is not part of standard format.
Do I have to get my certificate remade? Even the new certificate will not mention the income year as that is not part of standard format.
i have filled last year's form with the OBC certificate based on only one year's income.
My parents are Government Employees & they are not 1st grade. so the income criteria for creamy layer anyways does not apply to them.
Please help sir as the new certificate will take time to be made.
Please response this query, as I have same query.
