Sociology Optional - Number of pages for 20 markers?

I heard the Sociology optional this year had 3 pages for 20 markers. Has this always been the case or was this year alone different?Some coaching institutes are giving 3 pages now in their test series. Is it better to practise writing 4 pages or stic...
