Mains 2021 Result declared - In or Out?

I joined FORUM IGP but they are giving no option for one to one mock and demand DAF to be submitted, which seems illogical. I mean, where do I find an original empty DAF sheet?Is joining Vision Interview Programme better until results are announced?
