Nothing to be surprised of tbh. UPSC me MTS and clerk se lekar officer level ke log kam krte hai. Obviously those people would have info regarding result details. Though I am not sure he would be knowing exact marks of anyone.

Yeah.. people can know abt general trends bt not specific person pointed information.Haan.. there are some downs to the system. But not this much..
