.Consider the following statements about the Political parties in India:

1. The Model Code Conduct for political parties during the elections is not enforceable by law.

2. The Parliament by law has laid down certain criteria for a party to be recognized as national or state level parties

3. Currently, there is no provision for internal democratic regulation of political parties in India. Which of the statements given above is/are correct?

(a) 1 only (b) 2 only (c) 1 and 3 only (d) 2 and 3 only

CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS MORE

Currently, there is no express provision for internal democratic regulation of political parties in India – the only (limited) provision in the law requires an explicit undertaking pledging true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India and the principles enshrined in it. So,statement 3 is not correct.  HOW ??
