Can someone please tell me when was adaptation fund established. In vision it's given it was established in 2001 and so does it say on UNFCCC website. But in shankar ias it's given that it was established at Cancun in 2010 and on adaptation fund website it says on the top 10 years of adaptation fund. Are these different or am I missing something.
