PSIR - Strategy, resources & discussion

Hey guys 2021 will be my first attempt and after the postponement, I am a bit confused about how to structure my prep.

I have done the tablet course of PSIR from SR and I haven't revised it as such.

I was wondering that after which reading did you guys start making short notes and should I make notes right now, considering my GS prep is average and a lot of improvement is to be done in the static portion in GS?

I am thinking of giving June and July for PSIR plus mains and after that exclusively for pre.

Any help would be great! :p

@D503 Thanks for the link!
These are Tushar Gupta's notes if I remember correctly. I did try to go through these once, they looked very personalised, I felt it would be a little difficult to revise through these! 🤔

@nerdfighter And on top of that someone even sent her a legal notice to complain that the course has not been completed on time and it was a whole other fiasco after that.
If I knew it would take 9 months to complete the course, I might have saved 60k.

@nerdfighter She did say that Machiavelli was her favourite.
She just used the Iron fist! :P

@thesleepyhead She told us one day that the matter had been taken care of and then the telegram group was blocked so that no one could message and the doubt classes came to a minimum, and any doubt about the timeline of the course was hardly entertained.

As@babu_bisleri said, we were just given handouts and pdfs to go through, not much happened after that.

@nerdfighter @CaptainPeralta We happen to be batchmates! That time of legal notice was funny :)

Funniest were the reaction of people where the same people who were criticising her started saying sorry. And the trick she used to muzzle free speech :D

That telegram group went in a whole other direction. More often than not people were just fighting with each other or defending the institute and apologising for "offending" Ma'am by asking questions. 😅

Hey guys, how do you approach PYQs?
Do you just write them and self analyse or are there some kind of model answers available?
