Is it advisable to give 1 FLT everyday ? It is my first attempt and I feel so lost with no guidance about all these silly things. Please suggest. I have solved 6-7 FLT's by now in 4 weeks.

I wanted to know if others make notes from FLT solutions to fill gaps ? It is very time consuming though.
