Till what month should Current Affairs be covered for Prelims 2020?

DON'T YOU THINK PAPER WOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED IN APRIL ONLY? I ANALYSED NDA PAPER ON 6 SEPT (ACTUAL DATE 24 APRIL), ALL CURRENT AFFAIRS WERE FROM JANUARY AND BEYOND,NOT A SINGLE QUESTION FROM FEB TO AUGUST. IT MEANS PAPERS ARE FINALISED ATLEAST 2 MONTHS BEFORE ACTULA EXAM...GUYS DO SHARE VIEWS ON THIS
