Hello friends

Facing a huge dilemma here. I've been working for a Maharatna PSU since last 10 years. 2020 was my last attempt at UPSC CSE, and I flunked in the prelims itself. Now I am unable to decide whether I should stay with my current job or prepare for State PCS exams. Anyone who is or was in the same situation please provide some guidance.

What's are the working conditions, promotion aspects etc of State service officers in Bihar ? What's the current salary structure ? Anyone having knowledge about it please reply.
