@jassikamboj16303 this is for techincal optionals like Maths and Engineering, in GS you can use romans.
UPSC notification states:
Candidates should use only International form of Indian numerals (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 etc.) while answering question papers
What does it mean? We can't use roman I, II, III or (i) , (ii), (iii) ?
