I am confused about white mutiny ...is there are one white mutiny or two white mutiny
1. iLLbert bill controversy is white mutiny.
2.Revolt of European troops of East India Company against their transfer to the service of the Queen of England also a white mutiny
can anyone clarify it..?

PYQ - CSE 2020 Question
How to interpret the 3rd statement?:
1)in last 3 decades, steadily production increased.... (implying there is no fluctuation)
or
2)compared to 30 years ago, current figures are more.... (implying there could be fluctuations in between years)
I have seen several explanations - few interpreting the statement as 1 and few as 2.
