Civil Services Mains 2020 Results: In or Out ? Way ahead, gratitude and Pain

Is there any possibility that prelims is not postponed? I wasn't looking at any of this until the UPSC itself pushed out the notification!! Why the heck they couldn't be more clear in it regarding prelims!! What the heck is other recruitment tests!!&...
