Cut off can be expected to be between 80-84 or even lower.

Sir dont you think the paper was too random, it is evident from the marks people are scoring from multiple keys.

Like a person preparing for prelims for 5 months had equal chance of getting in with the person who preapred for a month specifically for pre. 

Had luck a greater role to play this year?

I have been giving this exam since the last two years

I appreciate all those ppl compiling keys etc especially Rajeev NV however I must say that this person spawns like Undertaker after every csat exam with his colorful csat keys and after that I don't what happens to him

Going by my own analysis, i can say that for CSAT Vision and Insights IAS answer keys are the most accurate. One answer (financialisation of households) is given wrong in Vision coz when seeded from Source article, it says all options are correct. For RCs , you can refer to Rajeev NV. His answer key matches with Insights and Vision except the above-mentioned question 

@plmokn25688524 vision has also cited source passages i think with vision csat  is settled ..

Also vernal window and household finance are subject to interpretation
And nobody including Rajeev sir can be sure what upsc would go for in those 2 passages.

Border score is the worst. I know I should earnestly prepare for Main Exam but I just can't concentrate. I will go crazy if this goes on another week. I have become bipolar - one minute I am confident I will clear and excited to study, the next I am sad I won't and just want to lie down.

Scoring 88 from Insights 

Too tensed to check any other key

As CSAT is also borderline: hoping some comprehensions to go my way

got some stupid q wrong in Paper 1 

Guess should've attempted some time controlled mocks

And more importantly , the q I got wrong were because of hurry or excitement maybe

certainly not because my concepts failed

feels stupid but I'll list them here

1: Money/finance bill question>clear concept, remember reading money bill in place of finance bill in the first option; don't know why, probable reason>too excited to see easy question

2: geo ka specific heat wala question. knew the answer ticked the wrong statement>both statements were right and followed each other but ticked the other one

3. Missiles question: knew the answer >probably hurry or again excitement

these are the ones i found when checking the insights key

prob there are more 

yeah, sad

will analyze in more detail once the result comes out

was my first attempt

gave it everything

some lessons for next attempt

honestly was very happy after giving the 1st paper

next 6 months answer writing ; mains and optional

@vakilbabu this is exactly what I've been dealing with lately. Can totally relate. It's hard to start w full throttle mains prep when you aren't sure that you'll get in :)
