What is a reliable source for covering old old PYQs? The official answer keys are available up to 2013/14 on the UPSC website i think. If older ones are available online from an official/reliablr source please lmk. Or any publication which has a collection of the actual official answer keys (and not their own estimations of what the answer would be) for 25-30 years (or more if possible and needed)?

You won't find official keys before 2011 on the internet IMO. Google the disputed/doubtful questions and read related things on the internet.
That's what I was planning to do as well :) I thought I'd read up on all the options/statements provided, regardless of what the answer is, in any case. It'll take a lot more time but I think it might be worth it 🤷♂️
Absolutely worth it. Take my word on that.
Only thing is to identify questions which are not relevant now (there are many such questions asked before 2010), and not spend too much time on them.
