UPSC CSE 2024 Related Discussion

Scrolling through over here I saw a discssion thread for every year but didn't find one for the next year.

So, this thread is dedicated to the discssions regarding CSE 2024. Anyone planning to appear for the exam next year can join the discussion.

Looking at the level of paper and kind of questions asked this year, I believe we are going to need a lot of support from each other. Hopefully this thread will grow and help a lot of aspirants, both old and new.

Feels good to be back here again, I am looking for people with similar background/experiences. I have already appeared for 2 attempts and I was not able to clear prelims; missed by a narrow margin both times. Post which I appeared for CAT because I needed a backup. I am pursuing an MBA from FMS, Delhi, and am in my second year (hence I HAVE to utilize my time efficiently). Failing to beat the inertia ever since the prelims 2023 results came out. This has led me onto a procrastination cycle, almost similar to what happened last year which extended till late september, will ensure not to repeat the same mistakes this time around. I'll try and make the best use of this thread to build myself some accountability, i encourage all my fellow aspirants to do the same, this will certainly help us get over the cse 23 hangover. Time for the pity party to end. All the best!

@Deepanshu_Namdev that was unfortunate, in my case i faltered in gs, somehow cleared csat, but, don't worry mate, we shall rise again, just make sure  the same mistakes are not repeated. You should watch ayush sir's session on prelims failure, v insightful
