UPSC CSE 2021 || OBC NCL - Details and issue.

Can I apply with OBC NCL in CSE with certificate made in 2008, and later make a new one before DAF 1 form filling or interview - as I've serious time constraints and in provided time it is not possible to get a new one...Kindly guide me on this.....
