Seeking advice as a fresher

Hi everyone, I'm in the last semester of my  undergraduation (B.Sc. Botany, Delhi University).My ultimate aim and heart is at clearing UPSCCSE, however some friends, profs. and seniors are advising me to pursue post-graduation from DU (Botany) and prepare for CSE in conjunction. This has put me in immense dilemma,would this be a good decision?I would be grateful, if someone could give me some advice here🙂
