Last year kaafi disappoint hua tha kyunki expect bohot kiya tha results se, iss baar kaafi mehnat kiya hai. I just hope utna toh marks mai translate ho jaaye. I have started preparing for CSE 2024 mid October se hi.I am in my final year master's mai toh last year jab mains ka result aaya tha toh jaha jaao hostel ke log ek hi cheez puchte, result kya aaya? And with a disappointed face, I would tell them ki "Nahi hua". Then I would see that sorry look. It used to make me feel horrible fir bhi bohot mehnat kiya hai. I started preparing for CSE 2023 from Dec 7 (Mentally exhaust hogaya tha post-Mains 2022 so did not start Oct 22 mai plus end sem exams were approaching).Abhi toh jaha jaao sab yehi puchte ki result kab aayega! Though I am mentally prepared for giving more attempts, pitaji (jo support nahi karte UPSC ke liye) puchte rehte ki kab job pe lagega because rishtedaaro ko bhi bolne ke liye kuch chahiye na.Started preparing from my 2nd year BTech (Dec 2017) and now it's almost 6 yrs by self-study with negligible parental support and still waiting. In between, I qualified GATE and CAT (no coaching for them as well just free online lectures on Youtube). I had the option of joining DRDO as a GA. I even quit my corporate job and then joined MTech. *Sigh* no idea what lies ahead but still I will work hard result kuch bhi aaye.All the best to those who gave Mains 2023. :D
