Dhyeya and Drishti are here. They are pretty good, don't really need to go to Delhi.

Pros: You get to stay at home and put in more hours on studying. No distraction from every other aspirant sharing his/her "strategy". You only follow one set of teachers, and that is enough for success.

Cons: The environment is missing. You have to be self motivated to study at home.

You can always try online coaching classes like Shubhra Ranjan, Next IAS, NeoStencil etc. In my opinion, if you are not able to put in the hours at home, you should join a library along with taking online classes. Don't attend just any coaching class, IMO it would be best to take coaching from best teachers, so you can also explore modular classes. Next IAS would be conducting a scholarship test soon, do appear in that.
