An hour of book reading of modern history left + a few fringe topics from Google etc. (Why r u such a giant modern history)
Rest everything done. Also did 2 videos of world history.
Hopeful that I will be able to wrap up modern history as well as art and culture and ancient history this week.
I wish to cover entire GS for mains before I turn 25 next month 🙈. Sounds weird but I don't want to feel pathetic on my birthday... specially because I have not cleared prelims 3rd time straight and am clearly very poorly prepared for mains.

Have been away for 2 days (courtesy - fever, cough and cold). All targets of the week have now gone for a toss. Exactly the moment when you want to give up. And the least you want is show up again on a public community of hardworking people who are ticking targets off their to do list. But i have nowhere else to go. So, i am back here, and will try to compensate for whatever time has been wasted.
Thanks to people who shook me on YPT. Will get back on track from today.

Have a question..anyone here who has been using Evernote on tab for a while now? Did you face any issues with the app? Also would you recommend going for a paid subscription of it?..only for upsc prep usage.
Have been using onenote on laptop till now. Recently switched to a tablet.. found the Evernote app better than onenote's app...in terms of ease of use. Yesterday lost a part from my notes on Evernote because of some internet issues (app couldn't sync properly). This has never happened with onenote because it saves notes offline as well. Now I am a bit sceptical about continuing with evernote.
A digital note making noob is seeking advice....

Also, from my endless browsing I've come to realise that the conflict error usually happens if we copy-paste something from outside. We can get rid of this error by first pasting the text/image into word and then transferring it to evernote.

Ah that's too bad. There is a very active Evernote user forum, you could check that out.
Evernote has its own problems, I'm still using the legacy version because they don't have the tabs feature in the updated version. Would have shifted to One Note but the inertia is too much and I don't think I can manually transfer all that content, if you can then do try it out :)
I went through people's comments/issues on Evernote forum. A lot of people seem to have similar issues. And people do have issues with one note too. I spent too much time reading about them....this Evernote vs onenote debate seems to be endless... something i can ill afford rn.
I think I should just continue with evernote... Will be careful before closing the app now.. will let it sync peacefully.
